The digital environment contributes to the maximum effect of cooperation between the scientific and educational community, business, the state and citizens. Uzbekistan is focused on the development of information and communication technologies and strives to take a worthy place in the global system of the digital economy. In connection with the development of the digital economy and the acceleration of innovation processes in Uzbekistan, transformations are taking place in the activities of economic entities and their management systems. The process of digital transformation of socio-economic systems can be represented on the basis of the development of the institute of service integration. Scientists claim that economic structures, participating in digital transformations, will gain competitive advantages in the development of their business.
