Abstract

Cross-cultural communication plays a crucial role in today's globalized world, as it involves interactions between individuals or groups from different cultural backgrounds. While this form of communication brings an enriching exchange of ideas and experiences, it also presents challenges and potential sources of miscommunication. These sources of miscommunication can hinder effective communication and lead to misunderstandings between individuals or groups. In this article, we will explore some common sources of miscommunication in cross-cultural communication and discuss strategies to overcome them.
