Аннотация

G‘o‘za o‘simligi dunyoning ko‘plab mintaqalarida yetishtiriladigan qimmatli texnik ekin hisoblanadi. Bu o‘simlik, shuningdek, rivojlangan va rivojlanayotgan dunyo mamlakatlarida ham yetishtiriladigan sanoat ekinidir. G‘o‘za hosildorligining pasayishidagi asosiy muammo-sug‘orish suvining yetishmasligi bilan bog‘liqdir. O‘zbekiston ham sug‘orish suvi yetishmasligi sababli jiddiy qurg‘oqchilik muammolariga duchor bo‘lmoqda. Maqolada suv bilan optimal ta’minlanganlik (nazorat) va suv tanqisligi (tajriba) sharoitlarida yetishtirilgan o‘rta tolali (G. hirsutim L.) g‘o‘zaning rangli va oq tolali namunalarining o‘simlik  mahsuldorligi bo’yicha chidamlilik darajalari tahlil natijalari keltirilgan.  Tadqiqotda 21 ta rangli va oq tolali g‘o‘za namunalarini 14 ta qurg’oqchilika chidamlilik bog’liq SSR markerlari bilan baholandi. Bunda NAU1190 markeri  stressga ta’sirchanlik  indeksi bilan bog’liqligi aniqlandi. PZR tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, chidamlilik bilan genetik bog‘langan NAU1190 DNK markerining 220 juft asos (j.a.)li alleli 9-011460 yashil tolali va 20-011250 to‘q jigarrang tolali namunalari genomida geterozigota holatda mavjud ekanligi aniqlandi. Boshqa rangli va oq tolali namuna (1-A-801 (jigarrang), 2-011250(jigarrang), 12-010108(jigarrang), 14-010765(jigarrang), 18 – Sadaf (oq), 19- Gulshan (oq)) larda NAU1190 DNK markerining tegishli alleli gomozigota holatda mavjudligi qayd etildi.
