Аннотация
Pedagogik menejment ta’lim muassasalarida ta’lim va tarbiya jarayonlarini samarali ta’minlashda hal qiluvchi rol o‘ynaydi. Ushbu maqolada pedagogik menejment tushunchasi, uning ta’limdagi ahamiyati va samarali pedagogik boshqaruv amaliyotini joriy etish strategiyalari o‘rganiladi. Pedagogik menejment tamoyillarini tushunish va amalga oshirish orqali o'qituvchilar o'quvchilarning faolligi va akademik muvaffaqiyatini rag'batlantiradigan qulay o'quv muhitini yaratishi mumkin.
