In today's globalization period, new technologies, digital devices, software, various smart technologies are being created every day. This, in turn, complicates the relationship with these digital technologies. In this process, we are required to properly adapt to these new digital relationships, as well as to create and improve existing digital rights frameworks that regulate these digital relationships. In this regard, in this article, the effectiveness of establishing digital rules of conduct in the course of conducting criminal cases has been revealed with sufficient grounds, and suggestions for the legislation related to this area, which need to be implemented in practice, have been developed. After all, compliance with the rules of digital etiquette by the entities conducting criminal cases creates the basis for ensuring the fundamental rights of citizens.
