The relevance and scientific and practical significance of this topic is insufficient knowledge of the theoretical and practical aspects of improving the infrastructure of the stock market in Uzbekistan is not sufficiently studied as an independent, independent research facility, determines the relevance of the chosen topic. In the opinion of the author, in the conditions of the current modernization of the economy it is especially important to create conditions and establish a mechanism for access to the world stock markets and have a share in it.
