Аннотация
Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim muassasalari misolida tashkilot madaniyatiga o‘zgarish kiritish orqali boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish imkoniyatlarini o‘rganishga qaratilgan masalalar yoritilgan. Bu yerda Edgar X.Sheynning tashkilot madaniyatini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan ilmiy ishlari, K.Kameron va R.Kuinnlarning tashkilot madaniyatini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan uslubiy ishlanmasi (OCAI) xususiyatlari yoritilgan.
