This article examines the intricacies of translating legal discourse, with a focus on the challenges and considerations that arise when converting legal texts from one language to another, specifically from English to Uzbek. Legal translation requires not only a deep understanding of both source and target languages but also an appreciation of the legal systems and cultures involved. The study employs a qualitative research method, exploring the linguistic, cultural, and technical factors that influence the accuracy and effectiveness of legal translations.
