Surkov moylari qishloq xo‘jaligi texnikalarida uzluksiz moy berib turish imkoni bo`lmagan ishqalanish uzellarida, shuningdek, katta solishtirma yuk tushadigan hamda kichik tezliklarda ishlaydigan uzellarda ishlatiladi. Surkov moylarining mustahkamligi detallarni moylashda quyultirgichlar asosida hosil qilingan panjarani buzilish paytida hosil bo`ladigan siljish zo`riqishning minimal bo`lishini ta’minlay olish xususiyatiga bog’liq bo’ladi.
