Abstract

Global G.A.P. standartlari qishloq xo'jaligi sohasida barqarorlik, oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi va sifat menejmenti uchun xalqaro miqyosda qabul qilingan asosdir. Ushbu standartlar qishloq xo'jaligi ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarida ekologik, ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy barqarorlik tamoyillarini ilgari surish bilan birga oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi va sifatini ta'minlashga qaratilgan.
