Abstract

Prunus avium L o’simligi ko'plab fitokimyoviy moddalar, ozuqa moddalari, fenol birikmalar, shakar va organik kislotalarning ajoyib manbaidir. Ushbu gilosdan olingan fitokimyoviy moddalar ikkilamchi metabolit vazifasini bajaradi. U antosianinlar, fenol birikmalardan iborat, shu jumladan sianid-3-rutinozid va flavonol p-kumoroxin kislota saratonga qarshi va oksidlanishga qarshi faollikda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
