Abstract

Soʻngi yillarda Respublikamizda maktab ta’limi xodimlari uchun yaratilgan, masofaviy texnologiyalarga asoslangan oʻquv platformalari soni oshib bormoqda. Jumladan, “Uzluksiz kasbiy ta’lim” maxsus elektron platfromasi (onlinedu.uz), 2021-yil mart oyidan boshlab maktab ta’limi xodimlari (rahbar xodimlar, oʻqituvchi va mutaxassis) uchun masofaviy malaka oshirish shaklini taklif qilmoqda. Oʻqituvchilar tomonidan platformalarni adekvat qabul qilish va undan foydalanishga ta’sir etuvchi omillarni aniqlab, foydalanishga qarshilik qiluvchi salbiy omillar - toʻsiqlarni bartaraf etish lozim.  Shu sababdan, xorijiy davlatlarda bu xususida oʻtkazilgan tadqiqotlar va tadqiqotdan kelib chiqadigan yakuniy xulosalarni oʻrgandik. Ushbu maqolada ularni yoritishga harakat qilamiz.
