Несмотря на значительный прогресс в нашем понимании механизмов боли, физиологии боли и фармакологии эффективных обезболивающих веществ, лечение послеоперационной боли остается серьезной проблемой в медицине. Недостаточно купированная послеоперационная боль во многих отношениях ухудшает послеоперационное выздоровление. В обзоре приводятся современные методы лечения болевого синдрома после гинекологических операций.
