Аннотация

Cotton honey, derived from the nectar of cotton (Gossypium spp.) flowers, possesses a unique chemical composition and offers numerous medicinal benefits. This paper examines the chemical constituents, physical characteristics, and medicinal properties of cotton honey. It also explores the specific conditions and practices involved in the production of cotton honey in the Fergana region of Uzbekistan, highlighting the seasonal aspects and statistical data relevant to its production.
