Hozirgi vaqtda raqobat kurashi yanada kuchayib borayotgan bir paytda biznes subyektlaridagi har bir jarayonlarni yanada takomillashtirish va optimal ko’rinishga olib kelishning ahamiyati ortib bormoqda. Chunki, har bir optimallashtirilgan jarayon tadbirkorlik subyekti uchun qo’shimcha imkoniyat deganidir. Shundan kelib chiqqan holda ushbu maqolada biz biznes jarayonlari nimardan tashkil topganligi, qaysi strategiyalardan foydalangan holda ularni takomillashtirish mumkinligining nazariy asoslarini ko’rib chiqamiz.
