Abstract

Fundamentally altering how dictionaries are created, the computer age has also given rise to new types of dictionaries, a variety of new lexicographic processes and procedures, and a number of new academic fields that focus on dictionary creation. This article focuses on the issues both theoretically and practically they raise of the broadest sense of the word.
