Abstract

In this article, the quality and effectiveness of the legal assistance provided to citizens have increased as a result of the reforms and changes in the field of advocacy in our country, and at the same time, it is explained about the role of the institution in the administration of justice, as well as the fact that the legal status of the institution of advocacy is filled with a separate chapter in our updated Constitution.
