Abstract

Every age in the 21st century is a time of advanced technology and technology promotes modernity not only in his personal life, but also in his education. This introduction of distance education, which is considered one of them in the article, is Uzbek higher education how much it can affect the quality, it was created by comparing it with traditional education advantages and disadvantages, foreign experience, as well as creating for students and teacher’s possible possibilities are discussed.
